5400 Runt J4 series has a tanto style 154-CM 1-7/8″ California legal blade (black finish, plain). The black anodized handles are milled from T-6061 aircraft aluminum. Despite the knife’s small size it feels very good in the hand (it feels much bigger than it is) and has superb action. It opens like a rocket and locks up solid. The Runt J4 also has a black coated pocket clip.
